Organization
We are driven by a team of high performing Volunteers who work assiduously to ensure that we fulfill our mandate of pairing 1 mentor with 1 mentee for a 6-month period each year.
The First Chances Mentorship Programme is a one of a kind initiative based in Barbados, but operating internationally.
