Greg is an experienced Audit and Accounting professional who successfully transitioned into Programme/Project Management and Business Consulting.

 

He has also worked in one of the largest accounting firms in the world and currently holds a leadership role in the Development sector.

Tiffany is a passionate Human Resources professional who enjoys recruitment, training and development, employee engagement, and strategic planning.

 

She is internationally trained in HR and she has worked in the Banking, Finance, Insurance, Distribution, Retail, Hospitality, Manufacturing, Automotive and Social Services industries. Tiffany currently works as a Human Resources Manager.

Alisha is a strategy-enthused Human Resources professional who transforms business goals into specific initiatives through the use of human capital.

 

She possesses progressive experience in various aspects of Human Resources Management and administration, including records management, recruitment, selection, training, development and performance management. 

Marsha is a veteran multimedia journalist with over 12 years of key experience. ​

She is an award-winning Photographer, having received an award for the 2016 National Independence Festival of Creative Arts (NIFCA) Visual Arts and Photography Exhibition. ​

​

Marsha holds a BA in Literatures in English and numerous certifications in Marketing, Event Planning, Photography and Communications.

Rebekah is an enthusiastic Human Resources professional and former Customer Experience practitioner who values industrial relations (IR), employment law, recruitment and selection, talent management, and workforce planning.

 

With over 13 years of combined experience, she has developed a solid background within the Retail, Distribution, Banking and Finance, and Business Skills Training industries.

Amanda is a results and self driven individual with exceptional communication and leadership skills. She is a detailed-oriented office professional with 10+ years combined  experience in Accounting & Finance, Human Resources and Administration.

Chad is a junior HR professional with over 7 years of diverse experience in the telecommunications industry. He is a volunteer enthusiast, having served as a member of the Junior Chamber International Barbados for 3 years, among other engagements.

Chad is currently in pursuit of an MSc in Human Resources Management and, and has been focused on how flexible work arrangements can facilitate a high-performance culture.

 

He also holds a BSc in Psychology with Sociology, and is a former HR Mentee in the 2022 cohort.

Jalisa is a developing Human Resources professional with an interest in ensuring that companies provide harmonious environments for employees to thrive while contributing to their deliverables.

She has over 6 years customer service experience which she leeverages to make a notable impact with everyone she interacts with.

Kamilah is an Administrative professional with over 16 years of experience. She has worked in numerous industries, including Law, Banking, Retail and Hospitality. She is skilled in ACCPAC, QuickBooks, Data Entry and Record Management.

Kamilah believes in service excellence and is a former Management Mentee in the 2021-2022 cohort. 

Sarafina is an aspiring Marketing professional who has developed experience in graphic design and social media marketing. She is an avid volunteer, having given back time to the HIV/AIDS Foodbank and Key Club.

 

Sarafina has over 4 years of experience in customer service and is currently pursuing an Associate Degree in Marketing Management and the Barbados Community College.
